Pancake Breakfast
- 2 tablespoons Culinary Tours Unsalted Irish Butter
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Culinary Tours Vermont Maple Syrup
- Pre-made pancake mix
- In a saucepan combine butter, apples, sugar and cinnamon.
- Stir over medium high heat 3-5 minutes until apples are nice and tender.
- Stir in maple syrup.
- Cook pancakes according to directions and top with apple cinnamon topping.
