Pancake Breakfast

  • 2 tablespoons Culinary Tours Unsalted Irish Butter
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Culinary Tours Vermont Maple Syrup
  • Pre-made pancake mix
  1. In a saucepan combine butter, apples, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Stir over medium high heat 3-5 minutes until apples are nice and tender.
  3. Stir in maple syrup.
  4. Cook pancakes according to directions and top with apple cinnamon topping.
